Rev’d Louise Grace to move to a new Parish

The Diocese recently issued the following statement:

The Bishop of Worcester congratulates the Reverend Louise Grace on her appointment as Vicar of Topsham and Wear in the Diocese of Exeter.

Bishop John is sure that all will wish to join him in thanking Louise for her very considerable ministry in our midst and in wishing her and the family God speed on the next stage of her Christian ministry.

Louise’s move is subject to the completion of statutory formalities. There is as yet no set date for licensing in the new post.

It is with mixed emotion that I announce I have been offered a new post as vicar of the parishes of Topsham and Countess Wear in Exeter diocese (subject to my DBS clearance).

Having been in Teme Valley North for eleven and half years, the time feels right both for us as a family and for the parish to move on. We have been very happy here, and have made some wonderful friends as well as serving the community and church as best as possible; we ask for your prayers as we enter into these transition months. We will equally keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

Please do come to the Lindridge parish communion for harvest thanksgiving on October 5th, 9.30am, during which there will be an opportunity to give thanks together and bid farewell.

Rev’d Louise Grace
