Welcome to the Teme Valley North Parish, set in the beautiful Teme Valley.
Our Parish comprises four churches in the villages of Knighton-on-Teme, Lindridge, Pensax and Stockton-on-Teme.
We have two services each Sunday, plus a variety of mid-week meetings and groups. There is Parish Communion at one of the churches each Sunday morning with Matins or an evening service following later in the day. You can find details of all the services here. At Lindridge there is Godly Play specifically for the younger members of our congregation, and children are welcome at all our services.
If you are visiting, or are new to the Teme Valley, you are very welcome to come and join any of these services, or just come and visit the churches outside the regular service times; the churches are open at all times for anyone who wants find a place of quiet and beauty to rest.
In addition to church-related services and groups, there are many other community groups where people meet together and enjoy each other’s company. These include fun quiz nights, more erudite historical talks, often lightened with a fish and chip supper, and musical evenings. There are also many lovely walks in the surrounding area.
Teme Valley North Parish is part of the Diocese of Worcester. The Diocese of Worcester is divided into two Archdeaconries and each of these is made up of a number of Deaneries. Teme Valley North Parish is part of the Stourport Deanery in the Archdeaconry of Dudley.
